So what is Insomnia? Insomnia is a common health problem. It is a sleep disorder characterized by difficulty of falling asleep or staying asleep. Insomnia may cause a serious result. It can have physical and psychological effects on the person experiencing insomnia. Some of this effects are lack of concentration that can affect daily performance, stress that affects mood of the person, and depression. Studies also show that insomnia may put the person at risk of heart disease and headaches.

Some tips to avoid insomnia?
1. Must have a sleep routine. It involves bedtime and wake up time. Try to stick with it even at weekends.
2. Relax, do some reading before go to sleep for relaxing.
3. Avoid sleeping at afternoon.
4. Try to make your room quiet and peaceful.
5. Avoid drinking caffeine before going to bed.
