Smoking: A daily concern

Smokers tend to live their lives in smoking. We all know that smoking kills but why more and more people become and remain smokers? For what I have observe new generation smoke because they want to be in on what people usually do and other reasons involved depression. Smokers can't quit smoking because it feels good and it satisfy the mind of the smokers. Here are some tips to stop smoking.

1. Must have a will power to quit smoking.
2. Do not stop immediately because it will just cause failure. Try to lessen the cigarettes that you intake until you fully get rid of it. Example, stop buying boxes of cigarettes and if you smoke 10 sticks a day, try to make it 8 sticks then after a week try 5 sticks until you do quit it.
3. Switch to coffee or herbal tea instead of cigarettes.
4. Try to change your routing by exercising and giving time for gym.
5. Stay away from people or places that will tempt you to smoke, counseling will be a great help.

It is great to enjoy life without cigarettes.

Get rid with Viruses on your PC

Is your computer 100% virus free? Well think again because I thought my computer is protected with my anti virus but I found out that there was a trojan virus on it. Every time I scan my computer if there are viruses it always ends up clean but I suspected there is something on my computer because my yahoo messengers do not work.

Do you have the same problem with your PC? Are you sick of the viruses that are a pest on you PC? Then follow what I did on my PC.

1. You must have a µTorrent. If you have none yet, try to search "utorrent" on a search engine and then download one.

2. Now that you have µTorrent. Search again on a search engine "torrent trojan remover" and download it and save it to your pc. Or simply go to http://thepiratebay.org/tor/4131796/TROJAN__REMOVER_6.6.9_Build_2525(NEW-with_critical_fix)

3. Open the µTorrent and then drag the "trojan remover" on it. Wait till the download completes. When the download is complete, right click on it and choose the open containing folder. You will see a zip folder on it; unzip it so that you can open the folder.

4. Open the Setup folder and then run setup exe. IMPORTANT: Do not run yet and do not update, just uncheck both.

5. Open the Crack folder and then copy files "rmt.dta" and "Rmvtrjan" to installation directory (where you save the Trojan remover). Maybe it is in C:\Program Files\Trojan Remover. Allow it to overwrite originals.

6. Now run the app and make appropriate updates. Scan and have fun.

JSP or Java server pages is a technology that provides simple and fast way to create dynamic web content. JSP separates static from dynamic content.
Why use JSP?
JSP is easy to learn and you can move a JSP file to another platform. You can also mix html with java.
The only problem that I encountered in JSP was the debugging part. Debugging JSP codes was a challenge for me. In our project about JSP, I found it hard to trace the error and ended up using a try catch method.

When we watch television we often see commercials in the middle of the show. I don't usually mind television commercial especially if it is a product endorsement because I find it fake. While I was watching a "teleserye" in GMA (A t.v. network in the Philippines) I notice the Emperador Brandy "Pinoy" TV commercial. I found it interesting because it portraits the Filipino culture. Filipinos are closely-knit and being with the family means happiness. Even though children are all grown up, they still have time to meet their families and celebrate. In our family we always have gathering even we are far away (chatting, drinking liquors, celebrating). You can also see in this commercial how a father guide his sons and how the sons respect their father.

People usually purchase products through internet and that process is called online shopping. It is an easier way to buy a product because it is only a click away. Advantage of this are customers can surf around to find low price, customers don't need to dress up to purchase a items and customers can avoid annoying and pushy salesperson.

For me Clothing is the least that customer should not purchase in internet because we can't touch the cloths that are display in the web. When I purchase a cloths from malls, I usually find the cloths that best fit me. I also have the advantage to try it on so that I can know if it will fit me. It is difficult to buy cloths online because we can't try it on and we might not get a replacement for it if it don't fit to us.

Forbidden Kingdom

Forbidden Kingdom is absolutely brilliant film starring Jet Li, Jackie Chan, Michael, Angarano, Crystal Liu and Collin Chou. A combination of action, fantasy, adventure and most of all comedy. A cool movie that entertained me from the beginning to the end. This is the first time that Jet Li and Jackie Chan together in a movie. I am a great fan of the two great martial artists (Jet Li and Jackie Chan). All Jet Li film that I saw was a serious film but this one is different because he was quite funny. I never expect that Jet Li will play a funny role. Crystal Liu also caught my attention because of her simplicity and a lovely woman.

All I can say is awesome and if I will rate the movie, it will be probably 15/10. This was one of the best kung fu movies I ever seen. The fight scene was fantastic and the story was interesting and easy to follow, the only thing that made me sad is that it only took less than 2 hours. A short but awesome movie.

This is one movie that I would pay to see on the big screen. If you are a fan of martial arts and comedy, you should spend money for this one. I enjoyed this film. It has exceeded my expectation and I highly recommend it to everyone.
